Beatrice Williams

The campus community mourns the passing of Beatrice Williams, who died on Monday, May 25. Beatrice worked in facilities for 16 years, retiring in 1991.

Born March 1, 1926, in Kratzerville, Beatrice was the daughter of the late Foster C. and Dilla (Brouse) Kline. On Jan. 31, 1976, she married Junior Williams who preceded her in death.

She was a member of Zion Reformed Church, Kratzerville for more than 50 years and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1173 Ladies Auxiliary, Selinsgrove.

Beatrice is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Roger Yetter, of McClure; four stepdaughters and their spouses, Vickie and Walter Petrovich, Catherine and Dennis Klinger, Jackie Williams, all of Selinsgrove, and Julie and James Strouse Sr., of Sunbury; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and one sister and brother-in-law, Agnes and Charles Steininger, of Kratzerville.

She was preceded in death by six brothers, Roy, Raymond, Marvin, Richard, Carson and Mardean Kline; and two sisters, Alma Hollenbach and Erma Kline in infancy.

The funeral service was conducted Friday, May 29 at Zion Reformed Church, Kratzerville, with Pastor Ronald Wagner officiating.
