Joanne was amazing. We were so fortunate to have her in the ISR purchasing office. (ISR is now known as Library and IT.) Any time we traveled, Joanne arranged a helpful packet with all the information we needed, and she processed our receipts afterwards. She even arranged for cash advances if necessary. She provided top-notch service. We were always amazed at the range of responsibilities that Joanne performed with such extraordinary skill. She managed a huge amount of purchases using the ISR credit card, making the rest of our lives so much easier.
